A:We typically do not provide free samples; costs depend on the design. Sample fees are refunded upon placing an order. Sample lead time is approximately 7-15 business days, depending on materials and printing requirements.

Q4:What is your after-sales service? How long is the warranty period?
A:Our after-sales service assists with urgent issues like out-of-stock items or damage; minor problems are resolved within 3-5 days. Our warranty period is 3 years; furniture can last over 10 years.

Q5:What is your delivery timeframe?
A:For sample production, if quantities are 1-5 pieces, we can complete within 10 days after payment confirmation and shop drawings approval. For bulk production, completion takes 50-60 days after payment confirmation, drawing submission, and material provision.

Q6:How is your product quality control?
A:After order confirmation, we begin production according to your approved dimensions, colors, and shapes. We track each piece throughout manufacturing, conduct thorough assembly inspections before shipment, and securely package furniture using protective materials for transport.
